    JUST FOUND THIS YESTERDAY:

Hottest January in UAH satellite record

Human-caused global warming easily overwhelms much-hyped “cold snap”
    February 5, 2010

“The global-average lower tropospheric temperature anomaly soared to +0.72 deg. C in January, 2010. This is the warmest January in the 32-year satellite-based data record.”

  3. StrangerOfMine says:

i guess this dumbass is unaware that global warming is melting down the ice? (pretty obvious)

  4. blackopsVI says:

i gess this dumbass is unaware that the polar bear population has increased from 5000 in 1975 to 25000 in 2008 and that recent aerial photos show that there enviroment also hasnt changed since 1975

    beautiful.

  6. smellmyanusagain says:

  7. smellmyanusagain says:

I hate the environment. I poop and pee on the ground and fuck animals in the ass.

More false advertising from the environmentalist wackos.

nonon: He only got elected once.

  12. gregkauf1987 says:

Excellent advertising. It’s beautiful and effective.

NOT to mention that this is a very nice piece of installation art by itself. Alright, I’m finished here.

  14. StitchxHare says:

I mean, jesus fucking christ, where does it even talk about anything specific here. Any liberal, conservative, man, woman, elsewise, and child with a decent education can tell you that fossil fuels and industrial development is polluting our environment.

  15. StitchxHare says:

I don’t give three shits about what global warming is or isn’t or what the climate change has to do with it. All I care about is the solid fact that we’re polluting the earth’s natural resources and on our way to destroying the ecosystems and wellbeing of millions of interwoven species of plantlife, fish, bird, reptile, mammal, and insect.

Polar bears are not the prime example of this, but they seem to be a fairly effective emotional representative here.

Try to be educated about our planet.

I have no idea what your point is. I AM proud to have had this great man as my president. The measure of GW’s greatness is inversely equal to the level of insane hatred his enemies have for him. All he did was protect the US from further attacks after 9/11 and go after the terrorists that want ALL non-Muslims dead, before they have a chance to strike again…

  17. nonon19451 says:

    At jimistreets;

    And Bush got elected twice…

  18. southclark says:

Great, but too much camera action interfered with the power.
Cut away from the deflating bears too soon.

  19. ladyjensen1971 says:

    same to you =)

Though I don’t completely agree that we are being lied to, I want to believe that we are indeed wise enough to act. Politics is also environmentalism’s enemy, so I wouldn’t automatically label this “hysteria” as political propaganda. It just so happens that fear is the easiest human emotion to agitate. It gets anyone’s attention. I just think of this “hysteria” as a wake up call that make me want to know what’s really going on, beyond the environmental messages or political pitches.

  21. jimistreets says:

    Well said, M’Lady…

  22. jimistreets says:

I am VERY encouraged to read some of the cooments here by folks that aren’t buying into the hysteria!! Gives me hope for the future of our great country. The American people are wise enough to act upon situations that truly merit action, and smart enough to know when they are being lied to!!!

  23. jimistreets says:

I did not say or infer nothing of the sort! OF COURSE we should take good care of the planet! Fact of the matter is, the planet is MUCH better off now than it was when I was a kid in the 60’s. What I am against is the exaggerated scare tactics and draconian measures these global chicken little do-gooders wish to impose on the rest of us! Our amazing planet will be around a very long time, that is, if we don’t blow it up ourselves! That’s a whole other topic…

  24. ghikij says:

Then, that means it’s alright for you to continue emitting pollution just because the ice sheets are not shrinking? If not for saving the planet or the polar bears or whatever else that needs saving, wouldn’t you think that cleaning up our act is still a better way to go?

  25. ghikij says:

Uhm…where do you get your facts then? I think I want to look it up myself.
